Beats, Rhythms and Life is a contemporary R&B show curated by DJ Eyesa to commemorate and celebrate the genre and the artists that are prolific within it, especially from the 90s and early 2000s. The name is mainly a nod to the segment that was on MTV Base during its height but also to the 1996 ATCQ album. Expect tunes, chat and deep dives into all things R&B.
