From our base in the South West, we’re bringing people together from a diverse range of backgrounds, building peer-led networks and providing opportunities for young creatives to gain and apply industry experience.
We’re youth-led and empower young talent by creating new opportunities through collaboration. Building a creative community is at the heart of everything we do: we’re creating a culture that fosters encouragement, growth, and openness, where young people feel confident enough to take risks.
We have over half a decade’s worth of experience in broadcasting, events promotion and musical curation. By sharing and distributing the resources at our disposal, we are democratising the means to sustainable careers in the creative sector and ensuring that all young creatives get a fair chance to realise their ambitions.
We’ll be offering 1 to 1 mentoring, holding workshops, and providing online educational resources in order to give young creatives the skills that they need to succeed.
